 Reo taught us how to train a Disaster Search Dog. He was forgiving when mistakes were made and provided us with tremendous rewards when we eventually got things right. For some reason he was able to figure out when to listen to us and when to ignore our inexperience and ignorance. 

Reo came to us as a 7 week old puppy. We had no experience, no idea how to train a Disaster Search Dog and very few people able to help us. We went to certification tests and watched other dogs test, talked to anyone that would give a few minutes of their time and a few very giving people that shared their knowledge with us.

Reo went on to deploy to 9/11, Salt Lake City Winter olympics, Katrina, Rita and  local searches here in Arizona.
